Upcoming Workshops
Our workshops start with an introductory session on the Friday evening and continue all day on Saturday. If you have not attended any of our workshops before, Friday evening attendance is required, typically from 7 pm to 9 pm. On Saturday the workshop runs from 9 am to approximately 9 pm, with one breathing session in the morning, one in the afternoon, and a sharing circle after supper. Lunch, dinner, teas and snacks are provided.
Cost for the workshop is $250, or $230 each if you bring a friend We are able to offer a sliding scale and/or work study for most workshops. Please contact us for more information.
Please note that it is important to commit to staying for the duration of the workshop once it has begun on Saturday!
These workshops are non-residential. Once we receive your registration form, we will send more information about the workshop location, schedule, what to bring with you, and directions to the site.

Health Cautions
COVID Policy
Based on current COVID trends and the recommendations of six medical professionals in our community, we no longer require that participants to our events be COVID-immunized. However, everyone is requested to do a home test within 24 hours of the start of the workshop.
Anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms the week the workshop starts is asked to stay home. Anyone who develops such symptoms during the workshop is asked to inform the facilitators as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements for everyone’s safety.
Please note: Although we are requesting people to test, we cannot guarantee a Covid-free environment.Because these workshops can promote strong physical and emotional release, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or recent surgery.
These workshops are also not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. Pregnant women are advised against taking this workshop. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with the facilitators. Persons with infectious or communicable diseases are asked to avoid these workshops.
This work is deeply experiential. It may involve intense and energetic emotional release. These workshops do not substitute for psychotherapy, but can significantly deepen and enhance psychotherapy and other healing and personal growth efforts.

Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is due when you register for a workshop. Cancellations up to 3 days before the start of a workshop will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of a workshop may not be refunded; however, participants have the option of having the entire amount credited towards a future workshop
